Homemade Bread Recipe

From start to finish in 1 hour

10 1/2 cups white unbleached flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 T. salt
3 rounded T. saf-instant yeast
3 T. melted coconut oil
4 cups HOT tap water

In a bread mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.  Add oil and water (as hot as you can get it from the tap).  Mix for 1 minute then check consistency.  The dough should be soft and slightly tacky to the touch.  If dough is too dry, add water; if too moist, add flour.  Mix for 5 minutes (do not add water or flour after the 5 minutes of mixing).  Spray counter and pans with PAM or oil.  Shape dough into loaves.  Cover with a cloth and let rise for 25 minutes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes per load.  Makes 4 loaves.
